Here are some tips about the visit in Greece.
- First of all, the hotel that we recommend to stay is Olympic Inn, www.olympicinn.gr, is at the center of Amaliada and began working for 2 months (half rooms are new and the other refurbished) offering TV, WiFi, air conditioning etc. Prices are 50 € per single room and 65 € the double room, breakfast is included (there is a slight chance to make us a reduction of 5 € in the price of single room). If you know the persons that are going to stay in the hotel, please fill in the above document and send it beck to Mrs. Elisavet Karagianni. Mrs. Elisabeth Karagianni will make the reservations for you.
- You have to get to Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" http://www.aia.gr.
From their you have to get to the central bus station "KIFISOS" (Kifisou Avenue 100) to take the bus for Amaliada which takes 4 hours. http://www.ktelileias.gr.
Have in mind that the the time table for the bus can be changed, so details of the routes we will you send you later.

Arrival, getting accommodated in the Olympic Inn hotel and families.
Students are going to have dinner with the families.
Teachers are going to have dinner in a small tavern next to the hotel, about € 10,- per person.

10:00 Welcome by Mr. Konstantoulas Headmaster of 2nd EPAL Amaliada and Elisavet Karaganni the Coordinator of the project for Greece
10:10 Presentations about the schools and students who participate in Greece. Also countries are asked to make a small presentation for the customs and traditions concerning the 1st of May
11:30 Coffee-Break
12:00 Trip around school
13:00 Visit to the beach in Kourouta. Participants are asked to look for seashells, stones and glasses of the sea
14:00 We are going to give to all the participants a small bag with snacks
17:00 Horse riding lessons next to the beach of Kourouta. It will cost about 5€ for half an hour per person. (Please to inform me, if there is anyone who don’t want to participate)
Students are going to have dinner with the families. Teachers are going to have dinner in a small tavern, about 10€ - 15€ per person.

8:30 Students create pictures, collages and similar decorative plaques with the seashells, stones and glasses found on the beach.
In the meantime teachers are going to have a working meeting

13:30 Traditional Greek lunch at school (paid by us)
20:00 Reception by the Mayor of Ilida at the Amalias Hotel in Kourouta for the teachers. Students are going to have dinner with the families
